A
note on berthing: We book berthing
space for all registered boats in the main ports of call, but we cannot
guarantee every boat has an individual berth in every port of call and on some
occasions it will be necessary to raft up.
We do try to negotiate discounted prices for berthing in all the ports
(major and minor) en route and normally we will be able to offer 1 or 2 nights
free berthing during the trip. These arrangements
depend on numbers and cannot be finalised until registration is completed. We notify registered skippers and members,
and pass on all offers and arrangements as they are confirmed by the
port/marina authorities, and these are also posted on the website. However, all skippers are individually
responsible for ensuring all their port/marina costs are paid where and when
required to do so.
